In this Barkha-series story, a girl named Babli has figured out how to make a whistle from a mango seed, and when her friends Madan and Naziya want one too, she teaches them the craft instead of sharing hers. Together they hunt for the right seeds, wash and crack them open, and patiently rub them smooth until they produce sound. After a few failed attempts, all three children succeed, celebrating their teamwork and hands-on effort.
