Description:

Nine worlds sit on the branches of Yggdrasil, the great tree of Norse myth, and each one has its own wild tale to tell. In this collection, Rick Riordan shares nine short stories, one from every world. Readers meet favourite characters from the Magnus Chase books, including Hearthstone, Blitzen, Mallory and Halfborn, along with gods like Thor, Odin and Loki. There are giant battles, clever tricks, lost weapons and plenty of jokes. Each story is quick, funny and full of action. A great read for fans of Norse mythology and heroic adventures.
